Peer support services

What Are Peer Support Services?

Peer recovery support services are designed and delivered by people who have experienced both substance use disorder, mental health challenges and recovery.

Peer recovery support services help people become and stay engaged in the recovery process and reduce the likelihood of relapse.

Peer support specialists embody a powerful message of hope, as well as a wealth of experiential knowledge.
